Cannot see the information from the mobile device in the web application
This problem can occur for the following reasons:
- Data connection is disabled in the mobile device. Turn it on to send information to Beetrack
- Low battery of the mobile device. Charge your phone to solve this. Is recommended that you have a charger in your vehicle.
- Memory of the device is full. To solve this free space from your device, delete some apps or other files.
- You have not closed a previous route and is still being managed.
